Do Not Call Policy
If you do not wish to receive sales calls from Clique Communications or any affiliated entities powered by Clique Communications, you can request to have your telephone number placed on our “Do Not Call” list by sending an email to info@cliquecommunications.org
In compliance with federal and state laws, we will process and document your request promptly (typically within 5–7 business days). Please allow up to 30 days for your number to be fully removed from ongoing sales or marketing campaigns.
Your request must be in writing or submitted by email and must include, at minimum, your telephone number.
If you have multiple numbers, please list all numbers you wish to include on the Do Not Call list.
Clique Communications will maintain your number—and, if provided, your name—on our internal Do Not Call list for five (5) years, unless you request removal earlier. If your telephone number changes, please notify us to ensure your “do not call” preference remains in effect.
We also honor “Do Not Call” requests from individuals listed on the National Do Not Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and various state agencies.
Please note: Many state “Do Not Call” regulations allow companies to contact their existing customers, even if those customers are listed on national or state registries. Therefore, if you are a current customer, you may still receive service-related or informational calls. However, if you prefer not to be contacted at all, you can request to be added to our internal Do Not Call list, and we will fully honor your request.
Being listed on the Clique Communications Do Not Call list means you will not receive sales calls from anyone representing our company.
All employees engaged in outbound telephone communications are trained on this policy and its procedures. Management reviews and reinforces this policy with staff on a regular basis. The procedures outlined in this Do Not Call Policy are reviewed twice annually to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
If a consumer requests a copy of this policy, Clique Communications will provide it via email or U.S. mail upon request. This policy is also posted publicly on our company website.
Respect for Customer Preferences
Clique Communications fully respects the preferences of customers and prospective customers who choose not to receive sales calls. It is our policy not to make any telephone solicitation calls to:
Any individual who has requested not to receive such calls at their residence; or
Any individual whose number is listed on a federal or state Do Not Call Registry, except as otherwise permitted by law.
A “telephone solicitation call” refers to any call made for the purpose of promoting or encouraging the purchase of products or services offered by Clique Communications.
